Heaven's Door 10 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Heaven's Door 10 Year Old is a Tennessee straight bourbon, bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was the first limited release from the whiskey brand created by Bob Dylan with Spirits Investment Partnership, launched in November 2018. The bourbon spent ten years in toasted American oak barrels in a Tennessee rick house. It was then mellowed through charcoal made from Tennessee sugar maple, the Lincoln County Process, and is made from a low-rye mash bill. The bottle carries Dylan's iron-gate artwork. The nose is fresh baked bread and nougat. The palate brings semi-sweet grilled pineapple and candied walnuts, and the finish is sweet and savoury, with cooked peaches and steeped tobacco.
