Heaven's Door Bootleg Series Vol. III is the 2021 release in a line named after Bob Dylan's Bootleg Series of albums. It is a 13 year old Kentucky bourbon finished in Vino de Naranja (orange wine) casks.
It is bottled at cask strength, 121.2 proof. The orange wine casks add a subtle sweetness, and the whiskey has a rich colour and complex flavour.
Each annual release in the series comes in a hand-made ceramic bottle carrying one of Dylan's paintings, presented in a leather case.
