Heaven's Door Ascension Straight Bourbon (75cl)

Heaven's Door Ascension is a Tennessee straight bourbon, aged for more than six and a half years in American oak and sold in a 75cl bottle. It belongs to the Heaven's Door collection of American whiskeys, created in partnership with Bob Dylan. The mash bill is distinctive for its 30% small grains, an unusually high proportion, which sit alongside the character drawn from the oak. The nose is vanilla and baked bread. The palate is smooth, with vanilla and baked bread over toasted oak, and the finish is lasting and smooth.
