Heaven's Door Homesick Blues Minnesota Wheated Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 61.4%)

Homesick Blues is a seven-year-old wheated bourbon from Bob Dylan's Heaven's Door brand, distilled and aged in Minnesota's North Country, about 150 miles from Dylan's birthplace of Duluth. The mash bill is 70% corn and 30% wheat, and it is bottled uncut at cask strength, 61.35% ABV. It was released in October 2023 as a standalone edition, alongside the biography Bob Dylan: Mixing Up The Medicine. The official notes list honey, caramel, dried fruit, vanilla and nutmeg. It is full-bodied and velvety, balancing sweetness and spice, and the finish is long and mellow.
