Heaven's Door – Homesick Blues Minnesota Wheated Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 61.4%)

Heaven's Door Homesick Blues is a cask strength wheated bourbon, distilled and aged in Minnesota. It is inspired by the musician Bob Dylan and bottled at 61.35% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is part of a special series from Heaven's Door, made with Dylan's artistry and American roots in mind. Wheat, rather than rye, is the secondary grain. The nose is warm vanilla, charred oak, soft wheat and dried red fruits. The palate is bold and layered, with butterscotch, cinnamon and subtle herbal notes. The finish is long, with lingering heat and a sweet, spiced close.
