Heaven's Door Homesick Blues Minnesota Wheated Bourbon (61.4%)

Homesick Blues is a 7-year-old wheated bourbon from Heaven's Door, made as a tribute to Bob Dylan and his Minnesota roots. The grains are grown, distilled and aged in Minnesota, about 150 miles from Dylan's birthplace, and the bourbon matures through wide swings in temperature. It is bottled at 61.35% ABV. The wheat in the mash gives a creamy mouthfeel to a full-bodied, velvety palate. The nose combines honey and caramel with dried fruit, toasted vanilla, a touch of nutmeg and oak.
