Heaven's Door Revival Tennessee Straight Bourbon (75cl, 46%)

Heaven's Door Revival is a non-chill-filtered Tennessee straight bourbon, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Heaven's Door is the whiskey brand co-founded by Bob Dylan and Marc Bushala. Revival is a sour mash whiskey with a mashbill of 30% small grains. It skips the charcoal mellowing of the Lincoln County Process used for most Tennessee whiskeys. It won Double Gold at the 2018 New York World Wine & Spirits Competition and 96 points at the 2020 Ultimate Spirits Competition. The nose has caramel, vanilla, charred oak and toasted grain. On the palate, vanilla and baked bread give way to cinnamon, black pepper and cherry. The finish is medium to long, with caramel, nutmeg and dry oak.
