Heaven's Door Single Barrel is a straight bourbon from Tennessee, bottled at 56.6% in a 70cl bottle from cask number 25. The release is limited to 222 bottles.
Heaven's Door is a collection developed in collaboration with Bob Dylan, and each bottle carries a design based on the welded iron gates he makes in his metalworking studio, Black Buffalo Ironworks. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malt, and the whiskey is aged in new American oak.
It is described as smooth and lasting, with vanilla and baked bread over toasted oak.
