Heaven's Door Straight Rye (70cl)

Heaven's Door is the whiskey range started by Bob Dylan, and this Straight Rye is one of its three first releases. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The rye is matured for at least six years in toasted French oak, with staves air-dried in the Vosges mountains. This patented finish gives a smoother rye, with notes of orange peel, coriander and spice. The nose has dark rye, mint, aniseed, fresh ground pepper and vanilla ice cream. On the palate come caramel, hazelnut, chocolate, orange zest, mint and salted butter. The finish is calm, gentle and slightly mouth-watering.
