Heaven's Door Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl)

This is a straight rye whiskey from Heaven's Door, the American whiskey collection created in partnership with Bob Dylan. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The rye is finished in toasted oak cigar barrels, made from staves air-dried in the Vosges mountains of France. That finish softens the edges of the rye and adds orange peel, coriander and spice. The nose is orange peel and coriander. The palate is smooth and approachable, with orange peel, coriander and spice. The finish is smooth, carrying the influence of the toasted cigar barrels.
