Heaven's Door Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 42%)

Heaven's Door Tennessee Bourbon is bottled at 42% ABV in a 70cl bottle and carries the signature of Bob Dylan. It follows the Tennessee tradition of the Lincoln County process, in which the spirit is filtered through maple charcoal to soften its edges. The nose is sweet, with corn, vanilla, cooked apple and caramel. On the palate it turns warm, with toasted oak, cinnamon, baked fruit and a subtle note of smoke.
