Heaven's Door Tennessee Straight Bourbon Whiskey (42%)

Heaven's Door is the American whiskey brand created by Bob Dylan with Marc Bushala, the man behind Angel's Envy. It is named after Dylan's 1973 song "Knockin' on Heaven's Door". This Tennessee straight bourbon was developed with master blender Ryan Perry and is bottled at 42%. It matured for at least six years in new American oak and has a mash bill of 70% corn with a high share of rye. It does not go through the Lincoln County Process, which leaves the spiciness of the rye in the flavour. The taste is full, soft and long, recalling vanilla, fresh-baked bread and cream caramel.
