The Revival is a straight bourbon from Heaven's Door, made in Tennessee and aged for a minimum of five years in new American oak barrels. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The spirit is distilled using a sour mash process and bottled without chill filtration. It matures in single-story warehouses.
The nose is led by caramel, vanilla and oak, with hints of charred wood and toasted grains. The palate has honey, light maple, pumpernickel, white peppercorn and baking spices, and the balanced finish carries caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg.
