Hee Joy Jamaica XO is an aged Jamaican rum from 2008, distilled at Worthy Park. It comes from a long fermentation and is distilled entirely in a pot still.
The rum spent 10 years in bourbon barrels before being reduced and bottled at the Hee Joy cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. It is presented as the work of leading Jamaican master blenders, finished with the skill of Hedonist Spirits. This bottle holds 50cl.
