Heering Cherry Liqueur (1L, 24%)

A cherry liqueur produced in Denmark since 1818, with a rich, deep flavour of ripe cherries. At 24% ABV, it offers a balance between sweetness and aromatic intensity. The colour is a deep, inviting red. On the nose it gives fresh cherry vibrations with an elegant background of vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it is soft, almost velvety, with a persistent finish that leaves a pleasant warmth. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a key ingredient in classic cocktails such as the Singapore Sling.
