A cherry liqueur produced in Denmark since 1818. It is made from Danish cherries, alcohol, sugar and a mix of secret spices. The aroma centres on ripe cherry, almond and sweet spices. On the palate it is rich and velvety, with balanced sweetness that does not overpower the natural cherry character. The finish is long and pleasantly fruity. It can be used in cocktails or served lightly chilled on its own.
