Helena Fuente 15 Year Old Rum (70cl)

A rum with a enveloping, complex personality, made from a careful selection of distillates aged for fifteen years. Its origins lie in tropical lands suited to high-quality sugar cane, the essential base for this refined spirit. Ageing in fine wooden casks gives intense amber tones and an aromatic bouquet of vanilla, caramel, sweet spices and a light touch of toasted wood. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with a persistent finish recalling dried fruit and a touch of honey. It is suited to sipping neat or with a cube of ice, and pairs well with dark chocolate desserts or quality cigars.
