Hemingway Signature Edition Rye (75cl, 48.5%)

Hemingway Signature Edition Rye is a straight rye whiskey bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It blends two ryes: 90% is a 6-year-old Indiana rye made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and 10% is a 4-year-old Kentucky straight rye. Both components are finished in rum-seasoned Oloroso sherry casks, which add tropical sweetness and dried fruit to the rye spice. The nose brings ryegrass, vanilla frosting, cinnamon, raspberry and raisins. On the palate, honeycomb and almond paste give way to orange, dark fruit, clove, nutmeg and coffee bean. The finish is sweet and gently spiced, with dried berry and baking spice.
