Hendrick's Gin (175cl)

A gin produced in Scotland, distilled using both pot still and Bennett still techniques. It is infused with cucumber and rose petals alongside eleven traditional botanicals. The bottle has a vintage design inspired by old pharmacy bottles. On the nose it offers fresh, lightly floral notes with a subtle undercurrent of juniper and earthy aromas from the botanicals. The palate brings balanced sweetness, cucumber and a delicate floral presence, ending in a clean, refreshing finish. It suits a classic gin and tonic garnished with cucumber, or more elaborate cocktails with floral and citrus elements.
