Hendrick's Oasium Gin (70cl, 43.4%)

Hendrick's Oasium is a Scottish gin from the Girvan distillery, reinterpreting the traditional spirit with cucumber and citrus infusion. Classic botanicals such as coriander, angelica and orris root are balanced with vegetal and fruity notes. On the palate it is softly creamy, with a surprising persistence of cucumber. The aroma is fresh, herbaceous and slightly spicy. It suits summer cocktails or an elegant gin and tonic, expressing the distillery's exploratory vocation.
