Hennessy Paradis Lunar New Year 2025 is a cognac blended from more than 100 old eaux-de-vie. Paradis was created in 1979 by Master Blender Maurice Fillioux. This edition marks the Year of the Snake, with a red decanter wrapped in a sculptural serpent and finished with a satin clip, designed by fashion designer Shuting Qiu for her Reimagination collection.
The nose shows dried apricots, honey, delicate florals and warm spice. The palate is silky and round, with dried and candied fruits, cinnamon and soft vanilla. The finish is very long, with honey, nutmeg and toasted oak.
