Hennessy Paradis Rare

Hennessy Paradis is a cognac created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979, blended from more than a hundred very old and rare eaux-de-vie, mainly from Grande and Petite Champagne. It is aged in the Hennessy cellars and presented in a decanter within a case. The cuvée pays tribute to the imperial court of Russia and Empress Maria Feodorovna. Long maturation in old casks gives a bronze-copper colour. The nose is lightly peppery and spicy, with dried flowers. On the palate it is rich, with a subtle rancio and ripe fruit, then dried roses. The finish is long and well rounded.
