Hennessy VS is a young, VS-grade cognac from one of the best-known houses of the region. It is distilled from wine made purely from Ugni Blanc, drawn from several crus: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois.
The cognac is aged for 24 months in French oak, and it keeps its primary fruit character.
On the nose there are fresh citrus notes, along with dried fruit, vanilla and soft spices. It can be drunk neat or over ice, and also works in cocktails.
