Hernö Old Tom Gin (50cl)

A modern take on Old Tom gin from the Swedish Hernö distillery, bottled in a 50cl bottle. It combines floral, citrus and spicy notes with a complex aromatic profile. The selected botanicals include juniper, angelica and coriander seed. On the palate there are hints of vanilla giving a light but persistent sweetness, balanced by light woody notes and a slightly peppery finish. It suits classic cocktails such as a Tom Collins or a quality gin and tonic.
