Hibiki 100th Anniversary 2023 is a Japanese whisky from Hibiki, the blended whisky brand of Suntory. The Hibiki style is described as a blend of malt and grain whiskies from the Suntory distilleries of Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita, matured in several kinds of cask. It draws on the Japanese calendar of 24 seasons and the idea of harmony between nature and people. It is described as delicately balanced, soft and lightly sweet. Serving it over a hand-carved ice ball is suggested.
