Blossom Harmony is a 2021 Hibiki release, a blended Japanese whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Hibiki is a blend of over ten malts and grains, featuring Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita, aged in five types of cask. This edition was finished in casks made from sakura, the Japanese cherry tree, a first for Suntory. It was released in May 2021.
