This is Hibiki 21 Year Old in its Mount Fuji edition, bottled at 43% ABV. It is the first limited edition, made in only 2000 bottles and released in 2015. The bottle's design shows Mt. Fuji in black and white, with Japanese plum, pine and bamboo painted on its skirts. These symbolise good wishes, happiness and good fortune. Hibiki is the most popular brand among the Suntory whiskies.
