Hibiki 21 Year Old Japanese Whisky (75cl, 43%)

Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky at 43% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. It draws on spirit from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, and was first launched in 1989 for Suntory's 90th anniversary. The blend includes whisky matured in Mizunara, Japanese oak, alongside sherry and American oak casks. The bottle has 24 facets. The colour is bronze amber. The nose offers cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate come sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot and Mizunara spice, leading to a long, rich finish with an incense character.
