Hibiki 21 Year Old Kacho Fugetsu is a limited edition of Suntory's 21 year old blend, in a 35cl 24-faceted decanter. Its printed artwork shows Mount Fuji, cherry blossoms and traditional Japanese motifs representing Flowers, Birds, Wind and Moon.
The whisky is the same as the standard 21 year old: a blend of Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita whiskies aged for at least 21 years, bottled at 43%.
It is described as dense and silky, with dark fruit, honeycomb and Mizunara oak incense.
