Hibiki Blossom Japanese Harmony Limited Edition 2026 (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Japanese Harmony Blossom is a blended Japanese whisky, bottled in 2026 as a limited edition in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It brings together malt and grain whiskies from the Suntory distilleries at Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. The edition is a collaboration with Chiso, a Kyoto kimono house, and concerns the design alone. The bottle's 24 facets stand for the 24 traditional Japanese micro-seasons, and its motifs include tachibana, paulownia, cherry blossom, plum blossom and camellia. The nose offers rose, lychee, rosemary, aged wood and sandalwood. Honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate follow on the palate, and the soft, long finish carries a hint of Mizunara oak.
