Hibiki 21 Year Old Mizunara is a Japanese blended whisky, released as a limited edition for the 100th anniversary of the House of Suntory. It has been aged in Mizunara oak, and the design reflects Japan's sunrise. On the nose there are jasmine, kumquat and subtle spices. The palate brings sweet florals and sandalwood, and the long finish carries the woodiness of the Mizunara.
