Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies aged for at least 21 years from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
The blend draws on ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks, and it comes in Suntory's 24-faceted decanter, which represents the 24 traditional Japanese seasons.
It is described as having dark dried fruits, honeycomb, dark chocolate and sandalwood incense.
