Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese whisky from Suntory, made from a selection of malt and grain whiskies aged for a minimum of 21 years. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The nose has sweet floral notes, hints of honey and a little oak. On the palate come dried fruits, apricots and Mizunara oak spices, leading to a lingering, warm finish.
