Hibiki 21 Years 100th Anniversary Edition (70cl)

Hibiki 21 Years is a Japanese blended whisky, here in the 100th Anniversary Edition that marks a century of Suntory. It is a 21-year-old blend of Yamazaki malt, Hakushu malt and Chita grain whisky, in a 70cl bottle. Suntory was founded in 1923, when Shinjiro Torii established the Yamazaki Distillery south of Kyoto. Hibiki is the Japanese word for harmony or resonance, and the blend brings together whisky from all three distilleries. The nose is rose, lychee, sandalwood and light smoke. The palate is silky, with coconut, vanilla and maple, and the finish is long, moving through warmth, spice and dried fruit.
