Hibiki 21 Years Old

Hibiki 21 Years Old is a Japanese whisky from the House of Suntory, made by blending a number of malt and grain whiskies. Its name comes from the word "kanzen", meaning complete. The colour is a bronze amber. The nose brings cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate there are sandalwood, honeycomb and dried apricot, along with Mizunara, the Japanese oak. The finish is long and rich, with an incense aroma.
