Hibiki 21 Years is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory. The name Hibiki means harmony in Japanese. It is a blend of single grain whisky and Yamazaki ex-sherry whisky, matured for 21 years in Mizunara oak. The nose is lively, with blackberry, cooked fruit and banana. The palate is sweet and woody, with honey, sandalwood and apricot.
