Hibiki Blossom Harmony is a limited edition Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, released in mid-2021. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle and draws on whisky from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
The blend is finished in sakura cask, which sets it apart from the regular Hibiki. The idea is to marry the smooth, gentle and creamy character of Hibiki with the light floral tones and gentle spices that the sakura wood brings.
