Hibiki Harmony 2021 Limited Edition

This is the 2021 limited edition of Hibiki Japanese Harmony, presented in a specially designed bottle painted with flowers and flowing ribbons of water. The design pays tribute to Ryusui-Hyakka, One-Hundred Flowers and Flowing Water, and reflects Japan's twenty-four seasons and the passage of time. It is part of a design bottle series in keeping with Suntory's pursuit of harmony. The colour is amber. The nose offers rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature woodiness and sandalwood. On the palate there is honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate, followed by a subtle, tender, long finish with a hint of Mizunara, Japanese oak.
