Hibiki Harmony 2026 Chiso is a limited-edition release of Suntory's Hibiki Japanese Harmony, a blend of malt and grain whiskies from the House of Suntory's distilleries. It comes in a 750ml bottle with a Chiso design inspired by Japan's artistic traditions.
The blend is known for its balance of delicate fruit, honeyed sweetness and a subtle Japanese oak character, and the colour is a luminous amber.
The nose brings rose, lychee, rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood. On the palate, honey-like sweetness meets candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is soft and lingering, with Mizunara oak.
