Hibiki Harmony 2026 Limited Edition Chiso Collaboration (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Harmony 2026 is a limited edition blended Japanese whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, with a design by Chiso, a Kyoto kimono house founded in 1555. Chiso covered the 24-faceted Hibiki bottle in hand-dyed Kyo-Yuzen floral patterns featuring tachibana, paulownia, cherry blossom, plum blossom and camellia. Inside is Hibiki Japanese Harmony with no age statement, a blend of malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu with grain whisky from Chita, all distilled, matured and bottled in Japan. The nose offers honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate. The palate has rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood, leading to a soft, long finish with a hint of Mizunara.
