Hibiki Harmony Blossom 2022

Hibiki Harmony Blossom is a limited edition Japanese blended whisky from Suntory's Hibiki range, made from malt and grain whiskies aged in Sakura casks. The blender spent five years experimenting with ageing techniques to bring the floral, spicy character of the casks together with the grain whiskies. It is a tribute to the Japanese tradition of celebrating cherry blossom, and it has an amber colour. The nose is floral, with honey, candied orange peel, jasmine and chocolate. The finish carries surprising spicy, bittersweet notes.
