Hibiki Harmony Blossom is a limited edition from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. Its blenders married Hibiki whisky with whisky finished in Sakura casks.
The Sakura cask brings gentle floral tones and light spices alongside the light fruit and creaminess of the Hibiki whisky, and the two merge into a profile that is smooth, gentle and moreish.
