Hibiki Harmony Limited Edition 100th Anniversary (70cl)

This limited edition Hibiki Harmony was made to mark the 100th anniversary of Suntory, and comes in a 70cl bottle. It is a Japanese blended whisky of more than 10 malt and grain whiskies of various ages, drawn from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. The bottle shows a bridge in the Japanese tradition of Setsugekka, with snow, moon and flowers marking the passing of the seasons. The nose is floral, with rose, oak, rosemary, sandalwood and lychee. The palate is soft and balanced, with honey, candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is long and delicate, with hints of spice and mizunara oak.
