Hibiki Harmony Master's Select 100th Anniversary (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Harmony Master's Select is a Japanese blended whisky in a 100th Anniversary edition, bottled at 43% vol in a 700ml bottle. More than ten malt and grain whiskies are blended, with Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita among the distilleries, and five types of cask are used, including American white oak, sherry and Mizunara oak. The bottle has 24 faces for the 24 solar terms, and its label is made from Japanese Echizen paper. Sweet sherry notes run through a delicate, harmonious style that is both subtle and complex.
