Hibiki Harmony Master's Select Limited Edition (70cl, 43%)

A limited edition blended Japanese whisky from Suntory's Hibiki range, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It draws on whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. More than ten malt and grain whiskies go into the blend, matured in five different types of cask, including American white oak, sherry and Mizunara oak. The aim is a harmony of flavours and aromas that reflects Japanese nature and craftsmanship. Sweet sherry notes run through it, and it is described as a delicate, harmonious expression that is at once subtle and complex.
