Hibiki Harmony Master's Select (70cl)

Hibiki Harmony Master's Select is a limited edition Japanese blended whisky, made from whiskies of Suntory's three distilleries: Hakushu single malt, Chita grain whisky and Yamazaki malt, with Yamazaki sherry cask whisky added. The components rest in five types of cask, including American oak, European sherry and Mizunara oak, chosen by Suntory master blender Shingo Torii. The nose opens with baked apples, plums and fruit tart, then turns floral with rose petals and oak. The palate shows orange marmalade and dark chocolate with a light bitterness that gives way to lasting sweetness. The finish is medium, with spice, cinnamon and wood.
