Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is the house's expression of the Hibiki blend, with a subtle and harmonious style.
On the nose it is floral and fruity, with rose and lychee alongside hints of rosemary and sandalwood. The palate has a honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is long and gentle, with a touch of Mizunara.
