Hibiki Harmony (70cl)

Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, made from more than ten malt and grain whiskies of different ages. They come from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, and the blend is sold in a 70cl bottle. The component whiskies were matured in five types of cask, including American oak, European sherry casks and Mizunara oak. The nose is strongly floral, with rose, rosemary, apricot and orange blossom. The palate is soft and sweet, with honey, orange peel, apricot and white chocolate. The finish is long and delicate, with hints of spice and oak.
