Hibiki Japanese Harmony 30th Anniversary Mount Fuji Kacho Limited Edition (70cl)

Hibiki Harmony 30th Anniversary Mount Fuji Kacho Limited Edition is a blended Japanese whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle. It marks thirty years of Hibiki, which Suntory launched in 1989. The blend brings together malt whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from Chita. The anniversary design puts Kacho artwork, in the spirit of traditional Japanese flower-and-bird painting, and Mount Fuji imagery on Hibiki's 24-faceted bottle. In the glass, the nose is honey, rose and lychee with a delicate hint of smoke. The palate is silky, with coconut, vanilla and subtle spice, and the finish is long and warming.
