Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from the House of Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 750ml bottle. It brings together malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu with grain whisky from Chita.
The whiskies are drawn from five cask types, including Mizunara oak, American white oak and sherry casks. The bottle has 24 facets, each standing for one of the 24 seasons in Japan.
The nose is rose and lychee with a hint of rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood. The palate brings honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate, and the finish is soft, with a lingering touch of Mizunara oak.
